The role works closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-acuity, evidence-based care while ensuring quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and effective resource utilization. (5 or more years of experience, in lieu of a degree) </li><li>3 years experience and working knowledge of learning and development, preferably in a warehouse environment. </li><li>Demonstrate solid communication skills (verbal and written) required for conductions training sessions, OJT/one-on-one training, and communication with organizational leadership. </li><li>Strong working knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). </li><li>Working knowledge of a Learning Management System (ELM in McLane) preferred. </li><li>Familiar with warehouse and transportation operations, technology, and software preferred. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
