Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance </li><li>Paid time off begins day one.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!</li></ul> What you'll do as a DC Network Strategy Data Analyst: <ul><li>Develop and implement data reporting and analytics solutions to support business goals.</li><li>Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.</li><li>Create dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.</li><li>Build and maintain Alteryx workflows and data pipelines for reporting automation.</li><li>Support data integrity efforts by designing and conducting validation checks.</li><li>Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Document data sources, processes, and reporting logic for transparency and repeatability.</li><li>Participate in all phases of analytics projects: requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a DC Network Strategy Data Analyst: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.</li><li>Two or more years of experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data preparation tools (e.g., Alteryx).</li><li>Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets and relational databases.</li><li>Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R is a plus.</li><li>Experience working with cloud-based data platforms is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.</li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
