Summary: The Maintenance Electrical Technician is responsible for performing electrical work, maintenance and repair of all production and facility equipment in a manufacturing facility.&nbsp;Responsibilities include the production of banded parts meeting print and specification requirements, the care and maintenance of the equipment, interface with subcontractors in the repair of production and facility equipment. Qualifications <ul><li>Trade certificate in electrical machine/ facility maintenance and repair, including machining, motor controls.&nbsp; Equivalent experience may be substituted.</li><li>Minimum of five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment performing machine maintenance and repair.</li><li>Familiar with the function and operation of a variety of manufacturing equipment and processes (i.e. heading, rolling, drilling, heat treat, plating, band annealing, assembly and facility support.)</li><li>Ability to read equipment, component and wiring drawings and schematics.</li><li>Familiar with Hydraulics and Pneumatics</li><li>Familiar with VFD’s, sensors, PLC’s, controls, bus duct and bus ducts boxes</li><li>Ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair 480V, 240V, 120V, 24VDC, &amp; 5VDC</li><li>Familiar with driving a forklift and scissor lift&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with MS Office suite</li><li>Team Player</li><li>Takes initiative and follows directions </li><li>Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trades involved</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Ability to install electrical conduit, wiring, switching devices, controls, outlets, fixtures, motors, and other such equipment</li><li>Fabrication experience&nbsp;</li><li>Welding, HVAC, Plumbing and PLC experience a plus</li></ul> Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.&nbsp; Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.&nbsp; Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYEnsures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team membersJOB DESCRIPTIONEssential Responsibilities:&nbsp; 1. Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times.&nbsp;2. Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process, transfers trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and cleans and maintains storage areas.&nbsp; 3. Completes assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process.&nbsp; 4. Changes all locks in accordance with the property’s policy and ensure gates to all pool areas are working according to codes and safety standards.&nbsp; 5. Distributes notices and communications to residents as necessary.&nbsp; 6. Informs appropriate supervisors of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation for residents, team members, guests and others.&nbsp; 7. Demonstrates customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering resident questions, and responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services.&nbsp; 8.
