This position plays a key role in elevating AutoNation’s people analytics strategy and ensuring HR data is a trusted resource for decision-making across the organization.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate</li><li>closely with internal HR teams as well as key stakeholders (payroll, finance, operations, etc.) on data analysis.</li><li>Work with management to create KPI and metrics reports. Analyze and interpret criteria for complex reporting requests from end-users and functional leads.</li><li>Develop and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports and dashboards within Workday Report Writer utilizing Workday Report Writer, Worksheets, Discovery Boards, and Slides, as well as other tools as available.</li><li>Build, automate and maintain Workday custom reports, alerts, and dashboards based on key metrics identified by leadership.</li><li>Produce and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports from Workday HCM.</li><li>Provide subject matter expertise in the development of reports and dashboards.</li><li>Develop and maintain up-to-date report writer procedures.
